You can place online order at any platform where you find Springs, like Website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Whatsapp and/or on company’s official contact number.
After receiving your order, Springs sales department will check the availability of your ordered article, and call you back for order reconfirmation. After order reconfirmation from your end, you will receive an SMS and/or email from springs which will have your order reference number. You can use the order reference number for the tracking your order. Normally, the order gets delivered in 2-5 working days, depending on the location from where the order has been placed within Pakistan.
As per policies of the shipping partner courier companies, you need to pay in advance before opening the order parcel, but feel totally confident because springs returns and exchange policies are covering you well. Once you have received the order, we strongly recommend you to please make an order opening video or take some photographs. This will help us in resolving any damage occurred during the transportation process.
The courier person will not take back the order once the package has been opened. However, you can manage an exchange and/or a return before opening the package by contacting springs. Please, visit our exchange and return policies for more details.
