After the goods has been dispatched from you with reconfirmation, springs does not offer return policy. For ensuring the product hygiene and quality for all of Springs customers, the fashion articles are not returned once used. However, you can exchange the product if the product is damaged during transportation. For all of the exchange cases, our product department will inspect the product before confirming the validity of the exchange. The product must not be used and/or opened for claiming. Moreover, exchange must be claimed within 3 days of purchase. All of the products’ pictures on Springs’ online platforms are without any filter, however, there might be a difference in the pictures and the actual products due to light intensity or screen resolution differences.

If you still want to return the product you have purchased, Springs will even accept the return from you and refund your money excluding transportation. However, you and your order address will not be entertained in future.
